As part of our mission to enhance lives one cleaning at a time, we are launching an initiative with March of Dimes to provide free cleaning services to NICU families. We cannot change the hospital journey. We can lift one weight from your shoulders with a professionally cleaned home.

Emma’s story
In 2018, our founder and co-owner Emma Arzate learned at five months pregnant that her twins were trying to arrive early. She spent a month on hospital bed rest. Leandro and Liana were born at 27 weeks and spent three months and one week in the hospital before finally coming home. Emma still remembers what it felt like to return from the NICU to a clean, peaceful house after long days at the hospital. That simple gift mattered. Today, Leandro and Liana are thriving in elementary school.
Ino’s story
In 2006, co-owner Ino Padilla welcomed a preemie. His daughter was born at about seven months and weighed one pound and thirteen ounces. She is now a thriving student at UTSA with a heart to teach.
How It Works

We schedule your visits
We prioritize partner‑referred families (like March of Dimes) and then schedule based on the next available openings. No medical documentation is required.
Two FREE 3‑hour cleanings
We book two complimentary 3‑hour visits. Each visit focuses on the highest‑impact areas you choose.
Extended stay? Ask for more support
If your NICU stay is long, you may apply for additional free cleanings (subject to availability).
Who Is Eligible?
• Parents or legal guardians with a baby currently in a NICU or discharged in the last 30 days
• Home is within our service area
• Most families are referred by March of Dimes or a community partner; self‑applications are welcome
• One application per household per NICU stay
What We Provide
Included: Two FREE 3‑hour home cleanings
(We schedule two separate visits. Time is used where it helps most.)
Typical focus areas
• Kitchen reset (counters, sink, stovetop, exterior appliances, floors)
• Bathroom refresh (counters, fixtures, toilets, shower/tub, floors)
• Living areas dusted, vacuumed, and mopped
• Primary bedroom reset (light tidying and floors)
• Optional, time‑allowing: a load of towels or baby laundry
